Hi, all!

Is it possible to say that Product ID number in all windows OS version
(95/98/Me/NT4.0/2000/XP) has OEM substring in it when windows is OEM?

I'd say so, yes. In well over two decades of computer support, I've
*never* encountered a a situation in which that wasn't the case.
