Product ID, don't know what product it is for

My boss and I are doing inventory on software and
hardware and he came across a piece of paper that's a
Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity. It has the
product ID on it but this piece of paper was cut out from
whatever product it belonged to. At first glance we
can't tell what product it is for so is there anyway we
can find out so we can update or inventory?

....Thanks for all your research and time spent coming up
with that answer. Unfortunately, contacting Microsoft is
about as easy as getting Bill Gates' job.
