after having to re install vista premium up grade it now tells me my product
code is in use and will not accept it any help ?

Please read any one of the dozens of posts about "Product key in use" in
this newsgroup or microsoft.public.windows.vista.installation_setup
The answer you seek are there if you search for Product Key in the subject.
Please try and look for answers to similar questions before you post yours.
