Product Activation Question

I can't seem to find either in my copy of Visual Studio.NET (academic
version) or on MS website IF I can install VS.NET on both my Desktop AND my
Laptop with respect to proper product activation.

I know they let you do this with MS Office.

HELP???

My recollection is that you can.
