processor speed

If you run an intel processor,go to intel.com,downloads,processor,
get the processor identification utility.

Everest Home can correctly identify a CPU including speed rating no
matter how it's clocked in BIOS. I'm sure other programs can as well.

Read the invoice for the machine?

Use one of the utilities that identifies the processor? Even Intel has a
free one on their site- I'd be surprised if AMD doesnt have something
similar- if you look..
