Processor getting pegged

I've recently run into a problem with my processor maxing
out at 100% after XP loads. I've ran virus scans, windows
updates, spy ware checkers, etc, and am finding nothing
out of the ordinary.

Anyone heard of anything new that would cause the
processor to get pegged?
