ProcessGPOs: MyGetUserName failed with 1722

Found this error "ProcessGPOs: MyGetUserName failed with
1722" on our USENV.Log file. The only thing I could find
was Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 821102, which refers
to "GetUserNameEx failed with 1908" This MKBA refers to
applying a Hotfix. Will this fix my problem?
