processes use too much power

Some of my processes use too much power. Specifically
WtoolsA.exe and WtoolsS.exe. They take up anywhere from
30% to 90% of my CPU usage at all times. I've tried End
Task but it says that operation can't be done. I've
defragged, deleted spyware, and checked for virus but
nothing helped. What are these files and what are they
doing? If they are not important how can I delete
them/turn them off?

As near as I can tell they are spyware, but there are a couple of
competing processes that restart each other. Delete the \Wintools
directory in safe mode...
