I'm trying to find a utility/tool that would enable me to see what
files/registries entries are being utilized by an exe when it starts.
regmon won't work for some reason, and the win2k dependancy walker is only
showing dll's.
Any suggestions?

Thanks

Greetings:

Try "Process Explorer" from www.sysinternals.com it's exactly what you
need. By default the .dlls are in view, to see the registry keys, go to view
menu\lower pane view\handles.. scroll down to see the registry keys.

This utility helps you see which files, registry keys and other objects
processes have open, which .dlls they have loaded, security settings, and
more. It's similar to the taskmanager but it gives much more info, it's low
on memory usage, it's freeware and requires no registration..
