Procedure entry point not found for DNs

I am receiving the following error and unable to connect
to network resources. Any suggestions aside from
rebuilding?

The procedure entry point DNSGetPrimaryDomainName_UTF8
could not be located in the dynamic link library
DNSAPI.dll. This is what I get when I run netdiag.

With this happening, I can not start netlogon or
workstation services. Any help really appreciated.

Wrong version of Netdiag. The version that is on Server only works on
Server, the one on XP only works on XP.

Did you run the one from Server on XP Pro or possibly the otherway around?
