Probs seeing pics

What is wrong when I am unable to view pics that are in a post or website?
Recently, I have been unable to view pics that I am sending or that I am
trying to see off a website. This has not been a prob before. I get the
little box with the red 'X'. Sometimes I can go in & click 'Show picture' &
it works, then other times nothing. What happened or how can I fix it?

Viewing it with what??? Internet Explorer? Firefox?
Can you right-click on the image and select View Image?

In Internet explorer. Sometimes I can right click & show pic & it will work &
other times not. I did not have this problem at all a few days ago.
