problems with XP I think

I have noticed that when using Outlook Express that it no
longer automatically uses "spell check" as it did with
ME - research tells me that it uses the dictionary on
Microsoft Word - I use Package called Microsoft Works
that includes Microsoft Word - so--- how do I get it to
work.

Also today I unwittingly
opened "hpc://sytsem/panels/subpanels/SubSite.htm
Microsoft Internet Explorer and everytime I try to close
it, it gives me the message that the program is running
and to close it may cause problems. close any way? Yes
or Cancel - got tired of cancelling I said to close - but
it wouldn't - still saying the program was busy??????

try going into outlook express: tools/options/spelling .. activate settings
from there and any other options you want.....
