I am having a problem with Windows update.
I am on Windows 2000 SP3.
I do have local admin rights on the computer.
When I go to the Windows update site it shows that I have updates to
install. I select all of them and then click install.. the SEULA comes up
and I click accept. The download/install box comes up but nothing ever
downloads. I have a live internet connection and everything else seems to
work properly. I have turned off virus and firewall as a test and still
nothing.
Also, in control panel looking at the Automatic Update applet it is
completely greyed out.. all I can select is cancel.
I've tried to redownload the Autoupdate applet but cant seem to find it on
the MS site.
If you have any ideas, help would be appreciated
