When I want to remove programs to increase my disk
capacity, a message comes out: The Windows Installer
Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are
running Windows in safe mode or if the Windows Installer
is no correctly installed.
How can I reach the Windows Installer to see if it is
working in safe mode, ahow can I change this mode and how
can I detect if it is not correctly installed.
