Problems with Windows 2000 professional edition.

The list of problems I'm having lately:
1. Search does not work.
2. Cannot copy paste anything
3. Cannot copy CD's. (Run-time error 7 out of memory)
4. Cannot install any programs (1607 Unable to install InstallShield
scripting error)
5. IE does not work properly
I've tried some solutioI click 'Windows Installer' in Services.
There is no InstallShield folder in Regedt32
Everything was working fine earlier. Problems started couple of weeks ago.
Any help is appreciated.
