problems with turnning off

i have p3 with system windows xp professional and i dont know why it
dont turn off i have tryen many ways .. to turn off but it dont work
just from the button it work ..
but nothing else ..

please help me !!!!
 
Most pcs refuse to shutdown & they auto restart is 99.9% a hardware conflict,
add or move anything around recently....
