Problems with this Web Page might prevent it from being displayed
properly ...
When I look at my site I get errors displayed and the above message.
It then gives me a line number and a character number. When I look at
the source code though the line numbers and character numbers are not
displayed. How do I find the code that is throwing the errors?

We will need a bit more information to go on, such as;

What version or Windows are you using?
Please post the exact error message as words and numbers can often be useful
clues
