problems with sony gdm400ps

I am having trouble with my SONY gdm400ps display.Picture on display is like
i set it to rotate counter clockwise about 1 degre.When i press reset button
on display picture is still the same. I pluged the display in different
computer but it is still the same! Is there any utility to fix my problem?

Do you mean that this is a new problem, or was the monitor always like
this?

Back in the old days picture tubes were "supposed" to be fairly
carefully aligned in the chassis. More recently it has been easier
for manufacturers to just install the tube then later tweak the
orientiation of the output via electronic controls. Have you looked
though all your monitor's settings? Have you moved the monitor or
shook it violently or ... ?
