Problems with size

I have a laptop with XP on it, and it kind of went a little funky all of a
sudden-- the screen went black, but after a minute it came back. I ran a
virus scan and restarted, and when I did all of my icons and taskbars were
really big. I can't seem to get them back to the normal size, and all of my
browsers are too large for my screen. Is there some way that I could get
everything back to its appropriate size? Thanks very much.

Right click a blank area of the Desktop | Properties | Settings tab. Move
the Screen resolution slider to the right to give a higher resolution.

Reinstall your video card drivers.

Did you try a System Restore to a time prior to the "funky" thing happening?

Thanks very much, Rock. That was exactly what I needed to do. Somehow I
guess my resolution got messed up and was at something like 480 x 800. That
fixed everything right up. Thanks again, and to everybody else who replied.
