problems with sending an email

I've been trying to send an email, but I keep gettin this message
-- The original message was received at Fri, 12 Dec 2008 14:29:47 GMT
from 64-91-19-173.dyn.centurytel.net [64.91.19.173]

(reason: 550 <[email protected]>: Recipient address rejected:
User unknown in local recipient table)

550 5.1.1 <[email protected]>... User unknown
<<< 554 Error: no valid recipients

If we take that error message at face value, that recipient's email address
is no longer valid. Are you able to send to other recipients?

I have the same problem when I use the window e-mail.I also have wild blue
for server but i don't know iwhat to put in the box forincomming and outgoing
server
