I can't send email to my mom. I get this error message from the mail
administrator.

Perhaps she doesn't have the account that she thinks she has....

With her email system she can only receive. She is a elderly woman and
regular email is to complicated for her. This system is by pronto.

and needs to be reset (by Pronto tech support), or else the
subscription for that account has lapsed. Is she currently

I figured out what was wrong. My sister told me it was called pronto but it
was presto. Once I changed the address to presto it worked. Thanks for your
feedback.

sending to her, and it failed again.
You might try sending from a webmail account such as
http://webmail.woh.rr.com
but I doubt it will make a difference.
