Problems with scrollbar

Just a minor problem but I recently reformatted my hard
drive and before IE 6 worked great but now when I scroll
up or down the browser seems "laggy" can anybody help me
out?

*EDIT* Ok I fixed it. All I did was installed the latest
video card drivers. That seems to have taken care of the
problem, in case anybody wanted to know... *EDIT*
