Problems with PowerPoint Organization Chart

We have created an org chart in PowerPoint. Now, when we try to add a box,
it deletes a box elsewhere, leaving the total number of boxes the same.
We have added 3 new employees and need to add 3 boxes and our current org
chart will not let us.
