problems with pop server

When i log on to microsoft express, I keep getting errors regarding sending
'messages that cannot be sent' ?!

Also I sometimes cannot open certain attachments even though I know they
have no viruses attached?!

Hope you can help me with this annoying problem?!

I surmise that you are posting about Outlook Express. Unfortunately that is
not the subject of this newsgroup, which is Microsoft Access, the database
product. You are much more likely to find an answer in a group devoted to
your subject.
