problems with permissions if files are moved

Hi all

I seem to have a problem with permissions if files are moved. If I
create a new folder. Then files I saved from a e-mail direct into it
open fine. But if I moved one from different folder which i an open/
read into it lacks the necessary authorities (I can't repalce, delete,
open etc.)

Can anybody tell want is going on here?

I had to repair this install last month

XP pro sp2 not on a domain
