Recently I had to reinstall my operating system and when I did, I have
noticed a couple strange things. I only need help with one right now. I
have been trying to set up Outlook to make rules on sending autoresponders.
I created a template from Word to use and know that Outlook uses .eml as
their file ext. The problem is that while inside of a new email I try to
save as .eml but the option isn't available. I have no idea how to save as
..eml and it is frustrating the crap out of me. I need to set up my Outlook
account for my business and this problem is causing significant delays.
Please, will someone tell me how to make this work?

if you really mean Outlook, and not Outlook EXPRESS, it uses .msg files
not .eml files.

Okay, that's fine. Which option in save as will give me this file extension?

Actually, I don't even have the .msg ext as an option. I have .doc, .xml,
..mht, .mhtml, .htm, .html, .dot, .rtf, .txt, .doc, and .wps. So which do I
use? Or do I need to download the .msg extension somehow?

Easiest answer is to set up a template within Outlook, not Word.
