Problems with .net compact framework v2.0 with Acer n35

I have problems installing .netcfv2.0 over an acer n35 PocketPC (WM2003 not
SE). I always get a message saying the CAB file I try to install is not for
my processor. I have tried with the downloadable .msi from microsoft page
with pda conected via ActiveSync (v4.0) and with the NETCFv2.ppc.ARMV4.cab
cab file directly copied over the pda. Beta version of .netcfv2 always worked
fine.

What I'm doing wrong ?... Thanks in advance !.
