I KEEP GETTING AMESSAGE WSWITCH.EXE HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO
CLOSE. IT IS STOPPING ME OPENING SOME IMPORTANT FILES CAN YOU HELP THANKS
 
This is a file used by proprietary system restore software, and is not a
native XP file. Contact support at Packard Bell.
