Problems with MusicMatch Jukebox and recommendation

To any Concerned,

I have an AMD athlon xp 1.4ghz processor in my system. In
trying to use MusicMatch Jukebox, I continually receive
"logging and tracing manager error reports (1 every 1/2
minute or so). It's driving me buggy. I had to remove it
from the system. MusicMatch will NOT refund any money for
their defective software.

Please -- If you own a system that uses any generic
processors, do NOT buy MusicMatch. The company must be
forced to make better software!!
