Problems with IE

After I have installed Antispyware a strange problem
appears.

First time I try to start IE 6.1, nothing visible
happens.In the task manager I can see that an instance of
IExplorer is started (mem. use approx 11 Mbyte).

If I start it again everthing looks fine.

If I close the IE, the same thing happens again.

When I close the machine, th einitially started IExplorer
becomes a problem as it cannot stop normally.

If I uninstall Antivirus the problem disappear, and re-
appears with a new installation.

A solution to this problem, will be welcomed.
