Hello,

I am trying to put together a document from a template.
My problem is: My heading 3 is now: Heading 3,Heading 3 Char,h3 Char,H3
Char,Clause Level 3 Char,OdsKap3 Char,OdsKap3Überschrift Char,Underrubrik2
Char,0H Char,Annexe Titre 3 Char,Testk3 Char,1.1.1Heading 3 Char,Titolo
Sotto/Sottosezione Char,orderpara2 Char,h:3 Char,l3 Char,3 Char

IS THERE ANYWAY TO RESET THIS???

Or is there any easy obvious way to work with it that I am not seeing?

Regards,
Chrystel

Wow - that's an impressive manifestation of the "char char" bug!

Firstly, make sure you have the latest updates for your version of Word,
because things have improved. Once you've done that, you may just be able to
clear out the extra aliases (all the comma separated names after Heading 3)
from the style name in the template and in your document - use the Modify
dialog for the paragraph style. Do this on a copy so you can backtrack if it
doesn't work properly, and if you find a separate character style listed
don't delete that or you may lose the linked paragraph style. If you are
still having trouble, see
