problems with floppy drive

hi can any one tell me how to fix a problem went i clik a floppy drive icon it starts making a lots of noise and i click properities tab and it chows de memory is full i try to update de driver but it dint work can anyone help me

If you mean more noise than normal the drive is probably bad.
