Problems with favorites list

I turned on my computer and on my favorites list there was an unwanted link. I deleted it, and a minute later it came back. I tried again, and it still came back a minute later. How do I get rid of the site permenantly

Check for viruses:

Symantec Security Check

And check for the presence of spyware:
