Problems with executing Media Center

When I try to start Windows Media Centre I get teh following error "Strong
name validation failed for assembly "C:\WINDOWS\ehome\ehshell.exe". The file
may have been tampered with or it was partially signed but not fully signed
with the correct private key."

It was working OK before. Anyone got an idea of what might be going on and
how it might be resolved?
