Problems with even viewer

When connecting to another computer with event viewer, the event viewer
shows 0 events. I looked at their *.evt and confirmed data was present.
This only happen to a handful of computers. I cannot find a patterns to
why some logs can be viewed and not others. Please explain what is going
on, thank you.
 
Hi PJ,
Right click one of the event logs and choose Properties and look at the
filter Tab.
