Problems with dell support browser

dell support browser don't let me open a program or close it in a few seconds
with no mesage or with:

"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly, windows will close
the program and notify you if a solution is available".

What is the Model name|number of your Dell computer? Dell may have an
update for the program, or you may have to re-install it.
