Problems with 2nd w2k computers through LAN to internet

I'm having difficulty connecting a 2nd computer running
W2K Pro through a LAN to another computer running W2K
Pro. They both work on the LAN to print and share files.
The one that has the internet connection has ICS enabled.
The system worked great at one time but has encountered
problems.
