Problems whit recieve messages!!!

Hey is there anybody there can help me find out why I can't recieve
messages.
When I try to recieve messages the computer says there is a problem, it
can't connect to my server???
Can anyone answer my question???

Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
