Can not recieve larger attachement

Hi,

I got a new computer with Vista and I am using windows mail. I have
experienced a problem with recieving email with larger attachements. I just
recieve the message with no attachement at all. From my hotmail account I can
send and recieve attachemements up to 10MB. But Windows mail account will not
let me recieve larger attachement than 4MB I guess.
Is it possible to change somwhere setting to be able to recieve attachements?
What is the limit size for Windows mail to recieve attachement?
Is problem in windows mail or somwhere else?
How can I solve it?

Looking for your answer, because I need to recieve and send larger
attachements on my windows mail account - work account.

No email client, Windows Mail included, places a limit on email/attachment
size. Such limits are setup by ISPs. You might want to contact your ISP
and see what they can do for you.
