I cannot install my new wabcam , Windows dont ex.
cept it.

I have a HP 9170 wiff windows Vista, thats all.
Mybe enny boddy can help me?

Which Logitech Quickcam model is it?
I use the Pro 5000 which works fine with Vista.
I bought it to replace my old Intel webcam, that wouldn't work.

Go to the Logitech website, download the most recent drivers and software.
Follow the directions to install it.
Do not connect the camera to the PC until you install the software.
