problems when closing

when i close windows mail, i window appears which says that mail is not
working and restarts the mail page again. i can interupt this by clicking
cancel but cannot identify the problem.
i only just transfered accounts over from my xp computer yesterday using my
easy transfer cable.is there some setting i've forgot to change.

Click on Tools, then Options, then Send. If there's no check mark in the
box before Send messages immediately, click on this box and then Apply.
Click on OK.
