Problems upgrading Windows NT to Windows 2000

after install, I keep getting spoolsv.exe errors and
cannot add the computer to a domain - the Network
Identification Wizard is greyed-out. It says the the
network is not present or not started - yet I can access
the internet.

any suggestions would be appreciated.

Check Event Viewer for any error messages or Event ID's that you
could try to track down. Run netdiag on the computer also checking for any
errors. Try searching http://google.com web and groups for the specific
error messages you are getting. -- Steve
