problems updating from 2003 to 2007

I have a rather large database that tracks past and current medical
residents. There are several other users, so I have designed it with lots of
buttons and automated links. I downloaded the 2007 Office version, but when I
take the 2003 database into the 2007 version, none of my buttons or
automations work. Is there a fix for this? Or am I missing something?

Click the Microsoft Office Button, and then click Access Options. In the
Access Options dialog box, click the Trust Center tab, and then click
Trust Center Settings - Trusted locations - Add new location and choose
path to your database.
