Problems uninstalling.

Hi, can anyone help me with this one. There are some programs on my computer
that I want to uninstall, so I went to Add/Remove programs and selected the
one that i want to remove. When I click on remove, it comes up with an error
message saying cannot find uninstall.exe.

I'm a bit of a moron when it comes to computers so I dont know what to do
about these programs i want removing.

Any ideas?
