I recently installed a disc for accessing the internet through my internet
service provider.
Thoughtfully (or otherwise) the disc also contained a modem lock program
that added itself to the systtem tray to prevent rogue diallers. However,
the uninstall function doesn't work Delete says it is being used by another
program and uninstall says it can't find a specific file.
Reisntalling it gives the same error message.
I'm at a loss to how to uninstall it- is there a way of booting up the
operating system that doesn't execute this file, so I can delete it through
Windows Explorer?
