Hi There !

I've ran into som problems. It seems that one of the users on a small
business server 2003 suddently can't share calender ect. anymore. The problem
started with: A user enabled the out of office assistant, and that it didn't
work corectly (the user couldn't change it or switch if off again), I've used
MS KB248709, to try and solve this problem with no success. I also noticed
that the user couldn't share calender for new users (the old users could
still look up the the calender, so it was still shared), I couldn't assign
new users the access (missing the possibility to assign users in the Property
windows of fx. Calender). Then I decided to export all the users data, delete
the user exchange mailbox, uninstall office 2003 SBS, reinstall off 2003 sbs,
create new exchange mailbox for the user, setup outlook 2003 to the new
exchange account, but still I have the same problem. Any suggestions on this
issue ?

Hi Robert !

Sorry to say, but it didn't solve the problem. I still don't get the sheet
where i can assign shared users to their rights, the Out Of Office has also
disapeared from the menuline (Out Of Office is enabled on the Exchange
server).

Was it already enabled?

Also, what do you see in the right lower corner in Outlook? Does it indicate
that you are working On-Line?

Hi Robert !

Yes it's online !!! I've been thinking about trying to add the user with
this problem to another PC, to see if its Exchange or Outlook on the user's
PC that behaves in this strange way. I've must say I've never encountered a
problem like this before.

Yes, try it on a different computer and/or have someone else logon to that
computer and see if it happens for him/her as well.

Have you already tried recreating the mail profile?
