Problems "sending page" by e-mail from IE6.0

Our company has been doing an HTML newsletter to clients,
posting it to the web and then sending the page by e-mail
using Outlook 2000. Up to now, no problems doing that.
This week, however, it will only attach the page - it
will not display the page in the body of the e-mail. To
my knowledge, we haven't done anything different to the
servers and we're using the same procedure we've always
used. Any advice? We've tried making certain our format
for the message is HTML, but that's not helping either.
