Problems reinstalling Frontpage 2000

I am having a problem with my reinstallation of Frontpage 2000. I had to
reformat my hard drive, and on reinstalling Frontpage, I no longer have the
options to do frames or cascading style sheets. When I open a new project
the window that used to give me the options to use General, Frames, or CSS
only shows the General tab. I have uninstalled FP2k several times to try and
fix this as well as doing the same with Office 2000. These uninstalls
included manually removing the registry entries for these programs. Am I
missing something here?

Thanks for the help but before I got this I uninstalled
again and completely removed the registry key and
reinstalled. worked this time.
