Problems Printing Shared Calendars in Outlook 2003

Hi - I've an admin person who can view/support several drs. She can open
their calendars on her computer & view them. When she tries to print them,
her personal calendar prints. We are running Outlook 2003 off an exchange
server. All email is saved on a network server. There are no error messages.
Does she need different permission??
 
is the calendar she wants to print the only one selected?
 
The admin person has now informed me two people were selected. Thanks for
your assistance. cml
