Problems printing reports in Access

When i tray and create reports in Access 2002, I get the error message "There
was a problem retrieving printer information for this object. The object may
have been sent to a printer that is unavailable." How do I get it to preview
the report and then print it. I am on a network with network printers and I
can print to the one that access will print to if I print all records but not
reports.

Ronnie,

Open the report in Design view. Go to the File|Page Setup menu, and
select the Page tab. Do you see Default Printer or Specific Printer
option selected? If it is Specific, maybe this needs to be changed,
either to Default, or another printer selected for Specific.

I have the same problem, but I cannot even access the Page Setup menu for
most objects. I did use your advise on a form, but it worked for only that
one form.
When I go directly to the print dialog box and cancel directly out of it I
can then print or preview queries and forms. I can not open reports at all.
Not even in Design mode.
